They make universal ones that you might be able to make work. I just have not heard anything good about Oracle. Contact DC customs on facebook and see what halos they use on their builds

I only ask because if you filled your sys with tap water you may want to flush all of that out, if it's a minimal amount it may not be a big concern. You always want to use distilled water when dealing with your cooling system, tap water contains minerals that will calcify/scale and leave deposits in your veins eventually leading to reduced flow and ultimately blockage causing overheating issues. It's fine for diagnostics if needed but avoid it for long term applications. As to your original question, yes just open the plug and let it drain, it can help to open the cap to allow air flow to speed up the process. No need to remove any of the hoses.
used distilled water Still deciding if i should let it drain before i go to work so when i come back it'll save me some time.

Let all the coolant out unbolt the pump, clean up where the two metal surfaces mate, use a little sealent on the rubber gasket then mate the two surfaces remember not to over tighten the waterpump bolts. Then your pretty much good to go then follow the bleeding procedure. BTW i think the drainplug has to turn the reverse way you would think to open a valve. If someone could chimein to verify that would be great.
i should be doing the thermostat but didnt have the part come in time and my mindset is getting this in before the weekend. Once i finished this and have the experience, the thermostat shouldnt be a prob.

1.What did you use to clean off the old gasket? im thinking googone, rag, plastic sqeegee?
2.Did you torque the waterpump bolts? or just tighten by hand?

Just a good idea because you will loose all the coolant when changing the thermostat as well.

Use a straight razor blade to scrape all the old gasket off and clean it up. Then you can use like a carb cleaner on it. I didnt have a torque wrench at the time so i just tiughtened it by hand. Once you use the rtw sealeant just snug the bolts let the sealent dry for like 15-30 mins then tighten them down in a star pattern just like your wheels. Dont go crazy on the bolts just make them tight enough haha.

Dont be nervous about the razor, you are scraping against metal. The new pump comes with a new gasket as well
