finally got everything in...bleed the system and everything looks good. Thermostat was stable.

Question...how much coolant does our WK hold? I believe i drained most of it out...filled it with 2 gallons of Mopar Coolant/distilled water. Before driving it around..the tank was at the full line and after a 10 min drive it was to the ADD line...I believe the reason was the coolant had to circulate around.

You're right, after some run time and warm up the coolant was pulled into the motor and system, should've been mostly circulated with the bleed though. You'll need to add coolant, the full/add lines are intended to be checked when at operating temp.

Wouldn't hurt to crack the bleed plug again after a few heat cycles just to be sure there are no lingering stubborn bubbles that eluded you the first time.

^thanks bro, you guys are the man!

my first shot at the bleeding didnt go 2 smoothly...started the car and loosen the hex plug and waiting for a loong time and didnt see any coolant or air hissing out. and my temp was 1/4 away from H.

Turned it off as it got closer to H..let it cool down and fill some coolant into the hex plug. Repeated the process and finally saw air bubbles and coolant flowing out.

A little over 2 gallons. You will need two jugs to top it off. Yes it's normal for it to go down after driving. It'll go down for 3 heat/cool down cycles, fill it after that.

Instead of loosening the bleed plug you can just loosen the radiator cap.

Don't let it get that close to H. That's how you drop valve seats.
