Re: What did you do to your WK today?

Is it OK to spay wash the motor with the engine cover off? Just wondering if it will do harm to the injectors. Wow my question was answer while I was asking it. How do you clean the valve covers and the watcha ma call it on top? I only have the 5.7 so the valve covers are smaller and harder to get at.

Yes it is ok just try to cover up any major electronics. Clean the valve covers with a rag and some simple green. The valve covers are the same on the 5.7 and the 6.1 bro just the 6.1 has half engine covers.

Felt like a small cosmetic change, not sure I'm gonna like it as a permanent change so I just half assed it with Plasti-Dip so I can peel it later. If I decide to keep it I'll tear down and do a proper prep and paint. I'll give it a week before I decide. Anyone else change any accents?

I personally like it reminds me of mine that's why I want to get my 08 SRT grill gloss black

Haven't tested her yet but she should run a lot better now since the ports aren't mismatched and the massive vacuum leak should be gone. Brand new injectors as well... The eagle manifold should pick up a good 20 hp or so by itself
