Should work for all dual filament/LED types. You're essentially just removing the park lamp feed from the equation, they'll behave as if the lights are off and function normally when signals are active, switchbacks should behave the same as well. Just keep in mind that your side markers will still be on as they're fed from the front marker circuit. You may also run into issues with the FCM detecting a 'bulb out' situation and sending diagnostic voltage to the circuit in question, shouldn't affect anything but may cause issues if you're running LEDs in the side markers. You could also just replace the bulbs with 3156A's instead of the oem 3157A's, they're just the single filament option of that bulb, then if you do have issues you've got your bulbs intact still. Just some thoughts, none of which may be relevant.

Re: What did you do to your WK today?

My side markers are built into my headlight but I have headlight covers so you cant see them. As for the bulb out, it would only detect it if the turn signal was out I believe. No issues with mine.

The FCM monitors all front facing lighting circuits, I thought it would've only been the turn circuits as well until I installed my switchbacks. I had resistors on the turn circuits for obvious reasons, with the engine off it was all good but once it's running for about 3 minutes it was detecting the low draw on the park circuit and began sending the 0W and 6V increasing the 12V diagnostic signals. Ultimately I just wound up running resistors on all 4 of the park/turn circuits to keep it behaving properly. In regards to this mod though, I don't think it'll have any issues, especially if side markers aren't a factor. FCM will know it's out every drive cycle and eventually cut power to the circuit (resets every drive cycle). I've thought about the option to run just fogs with no parks before but still be able to run normally as well (I like options), and I'm curious to find out if the lighting is controlled solely by the stalk switch. What I mean by that is if one were to disassemble the stalk and remove the gate that prohibits the switch to be moved to fogs without activating the parks, would it function as desired or would the FCM and relays come into play and ruin the fun? I may need to order a stalk from Rockauto and check just to satisfy my curiosity...

Re: What did you do to your WK today?

That is actually a good question about removing the piece that prohibits you from turning the fogs on without parking lights. I'd be interested to see what you come up with.

I'm assuming you got the axle back in place, did they give you the wrong part or did it just take a little more finesse?

Yes sir it was the wrong/bad part. We compared another one with this one and the splines were thicker on the one they gave me for some reason, but the same count. Exchanged it and it fit right in. The passenger side was easy. Thanks to you Jeff and Casey (ksomes) for all your help guys

How'd you drain the PS fluid? Did you just use one of those hand pumps to get out all you could?

Re: What did you do to your WK today?

Well I tried the parking lot mod with a 3157 LED and it doesn't work. I tried cutting just the inner pins and the parking lights were on and no blinkers. Tried cutting just the outside pins and no parking lights or blinkers. I'll try a 3156 and see what happens

Well I unclamped the low pressure hose at the bottom (the lowest point in the system)
