Any reason to use speed wipe over hybrid v07? You should think about upgrading bro. Hybrid v07 will help protect your finish as well

Re: What did you do to your WK today?

So yesterday I took my jeep in to the shop to look in to the clicking noise that i've been plagued with... and just for shits and grins I told them to look in to fixing the 4-wheel-low issue that has plagued almost every QDII Jeep.

I got a call today saying that they haven't even test drove the jeep yet because they were looking in to the 4WL issue. I was amazed that not a single person I spoke with at the dealership seemed to be aware of the problem.

so TODAY I get to drive around in ford edge from enterprise... fully loaded too haha

Elaborate on the clicking noise? Sounds like bad cv's. Your 4wl problem sounds like the transfer case motor which is a common issue. This is why I always fix my jeep myself

Normally I fix my own vehicles too.. 10 years in the industry and 3 suspended license haha. But this still has the used car warranty so I might as well let them take a look at it.

The clicking noise sounds identical to a u-joint or even possibly a cv joint. It's only when theres a load on the drivetrain so revving the engine in neutral while coasting, or in park does nothing.. sounds great in fact. But as long as your accelerating there is a loud clicking nosie that can be heard with the windows down and it echoes against cars or curbs or trees. Doesnt matter if its a straight line or turning theres a clicking so long as my foot hits the pedal while its in drive.

As far as the 4WL... well that is just the typical post-recall issue where it says "service 4WD system" whenever you attempt to put it in 4WL.
