Lift that flap of rubber away from the casing and take a pic. Inspect under the gash and look for the poly cords, if there's still a layer of rubber covering the cords, you're probably ok with that tire from a safety standpoint, the damage is likely just cosmetic. If you see the cords exposed, or even torn, you'll need a tire for sure. Keep in mind if you're Jeep is 4WD you may be looking at a new set unless you can match your current shoes with the exact same tire and within 2-4/32" of tread depth. The wheel may be salvageable as well if there's no crack/tear, they can reshape it and smooth it back out. Get it checked out man, might be better than you think...
