Which way off center? 12/6, 3/9 etc.. Depending on position and material, caliper holes could be oblonged to accommodate the 3/8" needed, as long as there would still be substantial material remaining so the structural integrity wasn't compromised. Not my first choice of solution but working with the parts you have, may be a viable one. Should be done with mill or drill press and jig. Unless the difference in holes are in a position that would allow the caliper to be influenced to shift rotationally under braking, then this may not be a consideration at all and you're still brainstorming. Will the WK1 SRT brackets fit the WK2 calipers? Probly one of the first options eliminated, I'm new to the discussion and haven't been briefed on all the valid intel yet...

Well I'll brief you then. There are no brackets on these, they mount directly to the spindle. They are off in the 12/6 direction by 6/16" or 1cm. The ears on the spindle only have 8mm of metal around them at most. So if i were to oblong the holes by 5mm on each side of the spindle I would only be left with 3mm of metal around the bolt hole at best. The caliper aligns to the rotor properly so there is no room to make a custom bracket. We were thinking of welding a washer to the spindle once the new hole is drilled to help reinforce it, but it still seems iffy to me.

If you see the cords exposed, or even torn, you'll need a tire for sure. Keep in mind if you're Jeep is 4WD you may be looking at a new set unless you can match your current shoes with the exact same tire and within 2-4/32" of tread depth. The wheel may be salvageable as well if there's no crack/tear, they can reshape it and smooth it back out. Get it checked out man, might be better than you think...

I super glued that rubber flap back down to make it look better, but i remember there were no cords exposed just a little chunk if rubber. Im sure the side wall of these tires are thick, so i dont think i really have too much to worry about. I think if something was going to happen it would have happened already. Its been about a year now.

Re: What did you do to your WK today?

So today I was able to take a decent video of the clicking noise my jeep is making. Now after listening more carefully it is starting to sound more exhaust related outside of the fact that it doesnt make the sound when in park or neutral, only in drive at 1500-2000 rpm.

Check to see if an exhaust clamp is loose. I had a rattle like that but mine was something for the emissions that attached to the side of my k and n cold air intake. Added some double sided tape and we are good.

The odd part is i just put it through a state inspection a couple weeks ago and looked at it on a lift with a tech. Neither of us noticed anything odd and did an exhaust shake. So I think tomorrow I'll have a buddy hold a rag to the exhaust tip and check for leaks. Then look at the manifold and the clamps

I have no idea bro. I usually never plug anything into that outlet. However I did take apart the dash trim so maybe something happened then but I don't see how
