I've already shelled out almost $300 for it, and I don't want to spend another $100 on it...
Amen!!! I'm looking for this answer!

Not quite bro it only should be about a 1/2" difference but it looks a lot more

Cool. Yea, it *looks* like a foot!! the spacers are a heck of a lot cheaper than the springs/shocks!!

I think I'm leaning toward the Liberty intake tube, Alex. It's around $40-50...
It's the right size (3.5" ->3.25" at the TB), it's pretty cheap, and it'll be covered in that DEI Ti heat wrap anyway. The only "problem" I see is that the sensor thing (I forget which one it is: MAP, IAC...?) is on the opposite side of the tube. It's toward the radiator side instead of the FW side. I think it can be routed over there with some wire and some of the double-female crimp fittings....

I've heard about this in other forums doesn't look really tacky but the sensor is short if I'm correct

Thanks, bro! Idle Air Temp. I could see it my head, and know what it's for, but just couldn't remember it...
