You got a 3.7 or the hemi? If you got a 3.7, 7 qts is way too much. She only takes 5

You may be able to use a bolt out tool to get it out. But if not you can try to tighten the bolts on eighter side of it to put more clamping force on the broken one. Just be very carefull not to break them.

My advice is to go get a bolt out kit and replace the bolt...

Like Jeff said, a decent extractor set should do the job. You'll need to drill a small hole in the sheared face as close to center as you can then use the extractor, it usually goes pretty well as long as the bolt wasn't crossed going in creating a lot of resistance in the threads. If all else fails, if it's on a straight section of the pan, they make these sort of spring steel slightly curved pieces that the bolts on either side of the sheared one go through, it creates upward pressure where the missing bolt would be. I don't like this solution though, I'd rather stitch it than band aid it so to speak, but it is a last resort option...

I forgot to add, just keep an eye on it and if no leaks present, don't worry about doin it right away and wasting your fresh oil. It's not going to be an easier or harder repair if you wait.

Yeah f*ck this mother fuc*kin bitch. Was using a socket to pound in the cv half shaft and my hand got caught between the socket and the shaft. At this point I totally lost ripped the socket off and just fu*king pounded on the shaft while yelling BITCH BITCH BITCH at the top of my lungs prolly woke the whole neighbor hood. The good news the shaft is in now but the bad news I got a couple bad lumps on my hand and can't feel my thumb. Rant over ImageUploadedByJeepGarage1408515220.915177.jpg
