Last but not least - the hitch. $ 284.00 US, plug connect. $50.60. labor $ 85.00 with tax $29.98 = $448.88. the only thing i really wanted it didn't come with. & next a bike clamp. the threads here are a wealth of Info. Thanks.

That will make it harder. You could just drill it out and put a new bolt in

Re: What did you do to your WK today?

To the guy who broke off the bolt, about your best bet would be to use an easy out tool, you drill a hole into the remaining bolt and use the easy out tool to unscrew the piece, I would also use some spray freeze off, before twisting with the easy out....

If the extractor doesn't work due to the rust (which can make it almost impossible sometimes) your next best bet would be drilling the center of the stud with a small bit progressing up to larger diameters. Once you've got most of it drilled out you can use an awl to pick out the remaining material. It's a long process and a huge pita, but if that's your only option, it's a viable one. Depending on the location and accessibility to the back side, you could drill it out completely and use a nut/bolt instead.
