This one is probably my fault, last night we were running up in the dunes going about 70 and there was a dip and I felt the jeep hit the bumpstops pretty hard and knocked my alignment off. Didn't have my skid plates on either so might have dinged the tc motor...

Yeah I get this alot man, it's so annoying... I do agree it's the ignition switch. Let's hope they get the fix for it soon.

Re: What did you do to your WK today?

I removed the "Palmer Dodge" dealer sticker. I parked in the sun so it would heat glue. Glad to have that gone!

I took off the brake lights and cleaned under them.

I took off everything on the hood (the little stopper things that keep the hood off the paint, the hood latches and some other thing I don't know what it is) and cleaned/compounded/polished/waxed the whole hood.

I also made some zipper pulls for the rear window. The original ones are too short and hard to get to.

We spent some time "bonding" today.

I hope you can see this. This is the before pic. There are halos in the paint. Look around the light on the paint.

Re: What did you do to your WK today?

This is the after pic. Could use a little more work, but overall I'm pretty happy with my results.

Re: What did you do to your WK today?

It's hard to show with a camera...

There are some deeper scratches -not too bad, and not really noticeable to the "untrained" eye, but *I* know they're there. I'm a little scared to use something more harsh. I don't wanna chew through the clear coat.

What did you do to your WK today?

Scanned all codes from the jeep and found out my front diff clutch is bad, trans temp sensor and wheel speed sensor is bad. Also multiple bus failures 😩
