They didn't set the clearances right or they didn't relearn the computer. More than likely the clearances . It's also possible the cooler is clogged and it's overheating but you would get a transmission over temp light on the dash

Re: What did you do to your WK today?

Hey fellas, I'm reviving an old topic of discussion here. I'm ordering a new (salvage part) steering wheel, getting a leather wrapped wheel with audio controls, I'm planning to retrofit the audio controls to my system. I know it's been discussed previously and has been done, I've found write ups and discussions about doing it to the other Jeep models as well. I've got most of it sorted out, the only unknown variables I'm dealing with right now are 1- Does the clockspring on non oem equipped vehicles have the capabilities to accommodate the audio harness? Im about 90% that it does seeing as I can only find one part # for the clockspring whether it's an audio control equipped vehicle or not. 2- Will the current Canbus configuration allow for the use of the controls or will it need to be enabled via dealer flash? Thanks for any input you guys have, I'll post back with definitive answers after I get it done probably next week.

not quite a mod to the vehicle, just wanted to see how the WK1 would look like in a hellcat inspired hood.

what do you guys think?

Trimmed 2" off the air dam. Took it off at first and wasn't sure about radiator support showing so I took off 2". Just to the bottom of rad support. Look decent.

Looking to do the same in the near future after the pinch weld mod so I can slap my spacers on
