Re: What did you do to your WK today?

For a little while now, I have had my Steel Armadillo Switch Panel laying around with some OTRATTW switches. I finally decided to make a video on the installation and get it mounted! You can check out some pictures and the video below.

You can see I'm missing a rocker, it's on its way over though!

No worries, just curious. I've been running the Hawk 4x4 (green box) pads with the Raybestos orbital performance rotors on all 4 corners for a few years now and they've been great. The grands have always been underpowered when it comes to the oem brakes, too heavy for the size rotors, warps the standard variety quick so it helps to have some cooling assistance.

Looks good brother. I considered that panel when I was doing all my aux lights but I use that cubby frequently, fits my wireless obd module and wallet perfectly, so I went with a flush mounted round latching switch in the cubby on the small protrusion from the R side. Re: What did you do to your WK today?

Quick poll for the 3.7 crowd. Which programmer, if any, have you guys tried? I'm not necessarily looking at a tuner for the performance aspect, more for the ability to program my correct tire diameter to get my speedo/odo corrected and bring the shift points/stability control back to their proverbial happy places. We don't get a lot of love in the programmer department, Hypertech seems to be the most viable option and they offer just a speedo module or a performance tuner with the speedo adjustments as well. I'm not crazy about their tunes but as I said, not really interested in the performance side of it. So, anyone that's been down this road, I'm open to suggestions. (Jeff, I'm looking at you here...)

Yup, made the switch to hp, oh so much better.

Can change for tire size, gears, top speed limiter, even shift points, pressures, ramp times on the tc. I went as far as fully disabling tc and esp. As well as all the torque adaptives. Now all tc does is flash a light at me whenever I break em loose lol

I figured that'd be more your speed, makes perfect sense with all your tweaking. I looked at the VCH Suite pkg, would be a nice addition but not very practical for my needs unless I planned on a build or internal upgrades. If there were a few guys to go in on it with I guess that could pencil out a little better but I don't think there are many of you close enough to central Oregon to make that work. Looks like the Hypertech will be my most practical solution. Found the max energy 52501 online for $250 shipped so I'll probably just pull the trigger on that and be done with it. Unless you're planning to jump a space-a seat to JB Lewis-Mcchord anytime soon and bring your tuning gear with?? Haha!!

That's what I'm sayin bro, find a training course at Mcchord and grab a jump seat. Just tell your CO it's a Jeep thing. In all seriousness though, I think the HT will accomplish most of what I want done.
