No I didn't throw the stock pulley/damper back on. Just drove it back to the barracks with no belt. Don't worry, it was like 800 feet away....

But OH MY GOD does it rip without the belt on lol. In park the motor hits the rev limiter ridiculously fast. Hits the limiter while the tach is still at 4,500. Limit is 6k!!!
Well I tossed on a hold over belt till my good one shows up. It's the correct length

Had the nut that's supposed to be welded in the subframe for the sway bar bracket break loose 😡

I had to break one loose (over on suspension forum) because of a frozen bolt. I put a new M10 (10.9 class) bolt and a couple of washers on there with a jam nut and some blue loctite. Probably not the best long-term solution but it should get me to the welding shop.

Are you going to get a new one welded on?

How did you get to the nut? I don't think I can put a wrench on it. Mines the upper passenger side. The bolt is almost out just a few threads left but it won't come off by hand it's probably cross threaded. I was thinking I'd cold weld it, like JB weld

You must be on the fronts.... It looks like there's a couple of cutouts to get your fingers in there... you could probably get a wrench or a configuration of socket, extensions and swivels.

I'm not sure JB Weld would hold up in that spot....

Yup the fronts. My fingers will fit but I don't think anything else will, I'll have to try again. You're probably right on the JB weld not being strong enough. My other thought was to put a tab on the nut and have that stick out of the little cut out, like the pic I have below. The lower control arm has one of those. That would probably work!

You could also probably use lock washer, and a hex nut on it. I think once you get it tight enough, the lock washer will bite and you won't need to get a wrench back there.

But a nut on a tab would probably be a better way to go.. I wonder if a welder could manage to hold it in place and weld a new one on?

My only problem with the lock washer would be trying to get it out if I can't get a wrench back there.
