What did you do to your WK today?

Another forum I am on does this, its great for the little nothings not worthy of a new thread. Its a confidence booster for your WK to let it know even the little things are important... oil change, de-badging, painting bits and pieces, repairs, the fact that you finally got to drive it...

Ill start:

- considering I made all of 2.1 hrs for the 6.5 hrs I was at work, I pulled the grand in, pulled the front end off and rerouted my HID relay harnesses for my fogs and headlamps. When I initially installed them I was slamming them in with no time to worry about wire routing or ballast mounting.
-Checked all my fluids to make sure all was still good considering the open heart surgery done to her a couple months back, all checked out good other than what looks like a slight coolant leak from my radiator end tank.
-dusted her exterior and shined the tires (she got a bath last night but it sprinkled on the way home)
-Installed a steel skid plate!
-Saturday I pulled off my steering wheel to resolve my squeeking clockspring and clicking turn signal cancelor cam, In a moment of NON-thinking I spritzed the clockspring with some spray lube, good news... it is quiet... bad news, I had a "check electric brake system" message in the evic and the traction control light on following. Quickly hooking up the witech I found I had an "internal scm failure". 2 days of driving later it went off and hasnt come back (phew)

And we could throw it in the tank and drive all the way to Vegas?
If this Internet thing ever catches on, it's gonna be great. I can learn all kinds of stuff from it!!! including, but not the only thing, how to use sea foam!!!
 sorry, bro. Yea. I'm an a55 sometimes.....

From Using Sea Foam Spray Top Engine Cleaner and Lube to clean a sealed intake system - Sea Foam Sales Company

"Sea Foam Spray Top Engine Cleaner and Lube can be used to clean all these areas. Install the Sea Foam Spray Top Engine cleaning tube by inserting the short end of the hook guide into the throttle body, positioning the tube directly in front of the throttle plate. Place end of cleaning tube within ¼” of throttle plate by adjusting cleaning tube in or out of hook guide. Replace air intake boot to hold cleaning tube assembly in place. Spray Sea Foam Spray Top Engine Cleaner and Lube into the engine. See side panel for illustration.

Sea Foam Spray Top Engine Cleaner and Lube is not for use through diesel air intake systems.

Warm up engine and turn off all accessories.
Shut engine off.
DO NOT use in enclosed area, make sure exhaust is well ventilated
DO NOT use a scan tool to increase RPM via the air by-pass valve
DO NOT spray Sea Foam Spray Top Engine Cleaner and Lube into the mass airflow Sensor
With the vehicle in park or neutral and parking brake engaged start engine and increase idle speed 500 to 1000 RPM above factory idle specification. Increasing engine RPM is important for the following reasons:
The Sea Foam Spray Top Engine Cleaner and Lube must be evenly distributed
The Sea Foam Spray Top Engine Cleaner and Lube must fully atomize
The Sea Foam Spray Top Engine Cleaner and Lube must pass through the throttle body, not the air by-pass
Find a method to hold engine RPM steady as this application takes approximately 5 minutes
After the entire can of Sea Foam Spray Top Engine Cleaner and Lube has been used, stop spray, return engine to normal idle speed and shut off engine.
Remove cleaning tube from throttle body and reattach air inlet boot to throttle body and tighten clamp.
Let vehicle sit about 5 minutes then restart in a well-ventilated area, as exhaust may be extreme for a short time. Road test, by driving aggressively to remove any remaining deposit build up. REPEAT SEA FOAM TREATEMENT AS NECESSARY.

I was thinking about trying one, too. Just for the heck of it...

I did get one from Dan (fastman). Just waiting on delivery. On vacation next week, and I don't want the mailman delivering it while I'm not here, so I had him hold shipping until like Thursday next week......
