Re: WK Stainless woven wire grille

very clean... 1,000x better than gutter mesh from Depot or Lowes.

Re: WK Stainless woven wire grille

Thanks all, I did not like the look of the flat sheet mesh and just looked for alternatives.
Girlfriends Ford Fiesta has stainless mesh grill as standard(ltd edition Black model) so I thought that would look good!
Then just had to track down the correct mesh, available over here in flat sheet form either square or diamond pattern various sizes.
Googled wireworks to locate local stockist, apparently its a very old school type of trade.

I guess I should've posted my set-up over in this forum when I did mine back in March. On page 21 of the "tech tips/diy - custom mesh grille" thread you'll see my install of this exact mesh.

You can get the diamond woven wire mesh from customcargrills.com in an aluminum 12"x48" sheet. Here is the exact link: http://www.customcargrills.com/prodd...Woven_Wire_XXL

It's really easy to do and is by far the best aesthetic mod I've done to my WK. I did a write-up for the guy that runs that store if anyone is interest. He'll probably give a forum discount if you contact him.

Anyway, here's some pics...

Re: WK Stainless woven wire grille

Thanks nickjeff, You saved me posting all my install photos and you have supplier details in the US which is better because I am in the UK.
