I feel your pain Geevis, I just updated from the tire programmer to the max energy programmer and when updating it's saying no cal found. Currently waiting on a phone call back from them to let me know whats going on.
I wouldn't wait by the phone.. Their customer service is somewhat of a joke. When I plugged the programmer into my PC to get the update and it wasn't found, it asked me for my contact info and said an update would take 24-48 hours.
I fully expected an email saying something like "Thank you for purchasing our product, we apologize for the incovenience but our programmers will work on your update as soon as possible." Instead I received nothing and have had to call and email numerous times without getting any type of ETA or timeframe for the fix.
