It looked good dude, exactly the point that I was getting across to them, that there is a crowd of folks who are interested in their products but won't stand for crappy service and getting the run around.

I fully expected an email saying something like "Thank you for purchasing our product, we apologize for the incovenience but our programmers will work on your update as soon as possible." Instead I received nothing and have had to call and email numerous times without getting any type of ETA or timeframe for the fix.
They called me back pretty quickly, maybe you're customer service rant e-mail helped, haha.

Re: 3.7l performance love

Nothing really. It wouldn't let me send my e-mail address through the update tool and they saw that somehow it was saying I had a hemi so it was denying it for whatever reason. I thought they were trying to figure out why I couldn't get the cal update but apparently not. I'm assuming maybe they don't have the newest PCM update in their system yet, that's all I can figure.

I think I am done with them to be honest. I can't support a company who doesn't fix or take THEIR mistakes seriously.

Re: 3.7l performance love

I'm going to give them through the weekend to do something and if nothing's done, demand a refund.

Re: 3.7l performance love

3rd call to Hypertech today and after waiting on hold for a few minutes they patched me through to the gentleman I had been emailing with who informed me that he had forwarded my email to his product manager and their Dodge vehicle programmer specialist and said I should have my update by tonight.

Will update later.

Re: 3.7l performance love

im experiencing the same problems. i guess i shouldnt expect to hear from them "within 2 days" then lol. can you pm me the info of the people you've been talking to (phone # and email etc.) so i can cut some corners and hopefully help push them on this issue. hopefully 1 of us can get the update and possibly share it with the rest. what i don't understand is why 05-06 people have no problems but us 07+ do...considering it just became available for them and the 07+ has been available for longer time.

Re: 3.7l performance love

So Hypertech came through on their word and updated my programmer by tonight and oooohhweeeeeeee what a difference. It is literally pouring rain here, but I went out and tested it for a few minutes on the way to pick up dinner.

I noticed an immediate difference in the initial pick up and it seemed to shift smoother. I'm currently running the regular octane tune, but will change to the premium tune over the weekend once I finish the last quarter tank of fuel I have left.

I also changed the temp in which the electric fan comes on from stock to 195 degrees, but I will change that back to the stock setting bc the fan came on almost immediately and it's only 35 degrees or so here tonight.

I'll report more this weekend when I get a chance to further test it out.

I just called the # listed on their site for customer support and their general email address for tech support. I spoke with a gentleman by the name of Jim who ended up expediting the process for me.

They emailed me letting me know the update was ready, and all I had to do was plug the programmer into my computer and update it through the program that comes with it.
