Figured as the 3.7L is the underdog of the engines, and limited to after market support, it would be nice to have one thread of all available performance parts for our wk's. This will be a on goin work in progress with updates, and I need your help as im not god and don't know all. :D

Stay away from the tb spacer bro. It does nothing on our engines and could actually lose power from it. The whole point to a tb spacer is to allow fuel more time to atomize before it enters the combustion chamber. This only works on engine where the fuel injectors are in the tb or throttle body injection as its known. On our engines however, the fuel injectors are in the intake runners on the heads and spray into the intake ports just before the valves. The tb spacer lengthens the intake bro.

If ya need a mechanic friend, I am a mechanic and would more then be happy to be friends.

I know this pic is not the 3.7, but the concept is the same.

My dad just replaced my bros muffler the other day. Im sure he would be able to do it on our lift, but the only issue is that he does not agree on the muffler. He thinks it'll sounds dumb and doesn't approve. Its a good thing its my baby and ima do whatever i choose to lol :)

3.7? Well as no one makes a fully enclosed intake for our engines other then factory, it becomes personal preference. Personally I don't like K&N, its over priced for a plastic tube and the filter itself isn't any better then spectre of injin or airraid. I an running the injin on mine w/ hydro shield for under 300$ and im happy with it. Just need to build an air box for it.

3.7? No one has a supercharger kit for it but id put money on being able to make a centrifugal work on it....providing you rebuild the engine first. Im wanting to go TT with about 10 psi in it.

well i know where you can get parts but they are 4.7 parts and I'm not 100% sure as of yet they will work (rods) but forged pistons are an easy swap over bro.

I did find a single turbo kit for the wrangler that I feel can easily be adapted. but the biggest issue I find would be getting someone to tune it on a dyno.

nah bro, the rebuild would be as well as the turbo kit. at least parts wise, I do all my own work. that said I don't have the capability to custom tune/data log.

Ive also toyed with the idea of a high compression all motor setup with like a 10.x:1 comp or even a 11.x:1 ratio

maybe, I just like new lol. and if I do that I need an 08 or newer engine. I don't feel like swapping pcm's and cam tone rings and crank reluctor's. 08+ would be a direct swap... a new/ rebuilt 3.7 is 3,800$

I did, but I wasn't spending the extra $$$ for something I can do for 7$ lol. I just got the stainless ones and put a ceramic coating on them myself

no, but I did have to get better bolts to bolt up the mids to the headers. the ones jba supplies are grade 5 and we need grade 8. they are stronger and more heat tolerant the grade 5's. literally had to replace the bolts after 3 weeks cause they fell out going down the road. No issues since other then recently when I plugged a hole that I think I caused...

I believe im the only one running them on here bro
