x2. you should have definitely reset your system after changing the TB and the CAI. there is a possibility that you still aren't getting the full potential out of your modifications.

The adaptive process usually happens in 60-300 miles depending on how its driven.

Re: 3.7l performance love

Updated slightly. Added torque converter. Found a company that has two stages of cylinder heads and other head related stuff for the 3.7 but currently cant find the link. Will post when I find looks like there actually might b enough parts to break 300hp lol

Re: 3.7l performance love

airram.com has 3.7 heads. Killian also can do them.

I can do them too, but I need bare castings, and I have more porting work than I know what to do with. I also don't have a flowbench yet so I really can't do more than a clean-up of the ports.

The lack of tuning support for 06+ will greatly hinder 3.7 power potential. Best year to attempt something like this is an '05 because it can be tuned (by something other than mail-order PCM tuning). Anything behind intake/exhaust/TB really needs at minimum a PCM flash to add fuel to the VE tables and to turn off the WOT fueling delays.

I'd like to do an 05-06 intake manifold, soon.

Re: 3.7l performance love

So, has anyone tried to turbo the 3.7 yet? Thinking of maybe a single hx35 setup. Only reason i say the HX35 is because its sitting in the garage.lol

Lack of tuning support is the big issue.
