IIRC stock they are good to about 500 hp @ the crank. Any more, and you need to talk to sheridan. I believe thats where Escape got his from and his ride is SICK!!

Yes, the 545 can handle more power. Tuning the TCM will help it last.

I have heard that the export trucks are not supported, but would need to confirm.

For the trans:
How much power are you planning on?
What mods are you going to do?

The NV245 T-case is fine.

Looks like you are out of luck. I assume any right hand drive models are the exports.

I can help you with the TB, no tune needed for that.

Re: 5.7 HEMI tranny are good for more Power....?

An additional 60-80Hp will be fine on the stock trans.

With no tuning available I'm at a loss for mods that will work for you as you cannot tune for them.

Maybe, and it's a big maybe you could get a US PCM as they are supported by Diablo. I'm not sure if it will work though.

Last alternative would be a piggyback or complete engine management system like the iEMS3.

A cam, heads, intake and exhaust will net you some real nice gains. But you will need to tune for those.
