AEM Intake 05 Hemi

Well, I have been lurking on these boards a while and there is a TON of good info and knowledge floating around here! Figured since I made my first mod since I owned the jeep I would share. I installed the AEM intake tonight after work and have driven maybe 10 miles with it on but WOW the difference in sound is crazy. It sounds like it wants to suck up the car in front of you! At normal cruising its no difference you dont notice the sound until WOT. Performance wise a little bit of SOTP feel but nothing phenomenal. It looks good and the install was pretty easy except trying to get the IAT sensor into the rubber grommet was a huge PITA I actually used a drill bit to make the hole bigger and STILL had to use a little soap and a lot of muscle to get it in there right. Compared to a CAI I had on my mustang this AEM one is definitely much better engineered and thought out.

Re: AEM Intake 05 Hemi

Nice difference! Get an exhaust and a Diablo Sport Tuner and you'll be gravey!
