Any other maintenance needed?

125,000 miles on a GC Laredo 4.7 4WD, in the last 6 months I've changed the engine coolant, differential fluids, transmission oil, transfer case fluid, changed the PVC valve, cleaned the throttle body and IAC valve.

I also did some bs? Emissions fuel injection tuning stuff, ac recharge, rear stabilizing links change, front right lower control arm change, anything else I should be thinking of doing? Maybe power steering fluid change and brake fluid change or not? Thanks.

Re: Any other maintenance needed?

You can check the water content of your brake fluid with a simple and cheap test kit from most auto supply stores. This will tell you how much moisture is in the fluid, and will let you know if it needs to be changed or not.

The P/S system is completely closed, and shouldn't need changing unless you are experiencing some problem with the system. The fluid is designed to last the life of the vehicle. I would do nothing more than a visual inspection of level/quality.

If you are just looking for parts to swap out, there are certainly a laundry list of things that could be wearing out with that mileage (EGR, all sorts of suspension components, MAP sensor, etc.)...none of which I would be concerned about until experiencing problems.

The one thing I would check and/or replace that you haven't listed is the serpentine belt.

That's great info! Thank you, a mechanic just checked the other day my Power Steering fluid, brake fluid (By eye only) and the Serpentine belt, said all is good. I'll pester him about checking the brake fluid with a tester next time. I will just ride the car in peace for now! Thanks again.

Pull a few plugs and take a look. It's always good to have a firm grasp on the state of your engine.
