Update: So I sent Ryan the canned 91 tune ad got it back an installed her yesterday. Lemme say first off I am loving the shifts on it. It's subtle yet aggressive if need be. Kicks down to the lower gear when needed w no lag at all. Which i had before, especially when off road. Not good for hill climbs lol.

Gonna do some more driving in and off road to give more an assessment. But thank you Ryan for sending me the tweaked tune. So far I love it.

Stay tuned for more info later!

Even saw a lil SRT on the way to school. He beat me (smoked me lol) but I chirped my tires and that was awesome haha!

You like that?! Lol. She chirped from 1st to second and a wee bit from 2nd to 3rd. There was NO lag in gear change which was sic

Can't wait to see how it performs off road. Dropping down a gear is essential at times of steep hill climbs. The CMR I had before didn't do that as much so I had to manually shift down

I am offering PCM/TCM modifications for those who want them. I am working in conjunction with David aka White Lightning to make this happen.

Re: ATTN: 5.7/6.1 owners w/Diablo....Look in here

Day 1 assessment:

On Road - I am really liking this tune. The very positive, yet smooth butter-like shifts are awesome! The race this morning was fun cuz I had immediate shifts and was able to keep up way more so than before. I was able to really stomp on it and drop right into gear w no lag. I hate lag! haha And like I said, I chirped my tires...on a 4x4...w a lot of added on weight! That to me was sweet!! I even noticed less "knock". Over all she is running much smoother shifts

Off Road - didn't get a whole lotta dirt time, just a few runs in my local spot (which is tiny) but MAN that is what I am talking about. When I romp, I usually shut the ESP off and turn tow/haul on. In tow/haul the RPMs held out a tad bit longer which gave me more power and torque which is ESSENTIAL when climbing steep hills. Ya need to be able to immediately drop down a gear to maintain momentum and power up that shizzie! I need to do a more extensive off road test though, so stay tuned for that.

Anyways, a big thanks again to Ryan and David for taking time to send me a really nice tune to try out...and so far I am loving it!! And I feel in NO WAY are they trying to capitalize off someone elses tune and sell it. Their tune is legit and is built off the canned 91 tune

I'll update w more info after the week so I can get a much better assessment. Also seeing if I get any better mpgs too...since we all care bout that! haha

-Coop

We are glad you like it.

As mentioned by Greg, the PCM side (fuel/spark) is the 91 canned tune, table for table. All we did was drastically reduce TM, and add our trans tweaks.

Ill send you a PM. The trans control is a little more limited in the 05-06s than the 07 and up. We can do some of the tricks we did to Gregs, but not all. Diablosport, although far ahead of anyone else right now, has not fully mapped out all the nooks and crannies of the PCMs/TCMs.

We are tuning a heavily modified '06 WK tomorrow.
