Did you connect the line that goes from the back of the intake to the brake booster? New cam will require a new tune. Contact your tuner and give them the specs of your new cam and all other mods. If you don't have a tuner, email Johan at Diablo and he can get you taken care of.

Yea i did connect that one. I actually think it was disconnected previously so i made sure it was on tight this time. I live about 2 miles from RDP Motorsports, (the makers of BDKarma!) I'll just drive it up to him for a new tune. I was just hoping for some reassurance i got the cam/crank lined up. If it idled with no problems for a couple minutes the timing should be ok right? Right???

I can not go through the pain of taking it all apart again. At least not until my body heals from this last weekend. I worked from about noon-9pm Saturday. Sunday I started back on it at 5am and worked straight though until 9:30pm. Hands are swollen, cut, etc.. I have bruises all over including shoulders and on my abs from leaning over the fenders all day. Im just thankful i didnt have to swap out the valve springs! When RSI built the engine they put in SRT8 springs. I purchased new SRT8 springs from Intertia, and after taking the valve covers off they looked identical right down to the little green paint stripe, so i left them. Not to say i didnt really trust RSI, but i wasnt going to take any chances

You'll usually trigger the CEL when you rev it, so if you did that and no CEL, you should be OK. Springs you should be fine with as well. I know what you mean about needing a break after doing a cam. I had the front of my Charger apart 3 times before I finally got the timing right...

Oh cool man, i miss my KM1's sometimes but i dont miss the vibration from them. Although i did run them past the speed rating a few times, so that may have been part of the reason for the shakes

You didn't have wheel spacer with them neither. That's why I used your WK as an example. Check my sig.

Also, I don't mind the vibrations. I notice a vibrating humming noise around 50 mph. It took me a while to figure out that it was the tires. They didn't always do that. They only had the big tread sound before but I don't mind it. I like it to be honest.

Well she runs! There's still a leak where the egr pipe goes into the manifold and she overheated, but im making progress! Hopefully i just have and air pocket in the cooling system

Overheating issue solved, now i just need to get the egr delete from billet technologies. Im sure an intake manifold leak would be a bad thing to have when data logging for a tune, so i hope the egr delete kit gets here soon!

I did drive up to autozone for some additional coolant and all went well so i can drive her to work now. I took the SD card out of my blackberry otherwise i'd have a vid up already. I should be able to get one up of it idling tomorrow.

I've ordered the EGR delete kit from Billet Technologies to solve my EGR leak. Purchased an oil catch can from them as well.

Here's a short vid of the idle. Once the egr kit arrives i'll start doing some data logging and get the tune dialed in
