Clean TB

Yesterday I spent the time and cleaned the back of my TB really good. I now see what everyone is talking about because mine was just as bad. The back of it was completely black and there was almost no gap left between the blade and the housing. It took a lot of scrubbing but it looks brand new now.

I now know what all the rage is about lol. I recommend this to everyone and Im glad that I read about cleaning it on here because my Jeep now idles alot smoother and feels alot better at low speeds like 30-40mph. I think it might even pull a little harder too . Now I just got to wait a week or two to be ready to change the oil so I can seafoam the engine and burn all that carbon out the exhaust.

Re: Clean TB

Remove the TB from the vehicle and clean the entire thing, not just the back side. If you put in a catch can, it will keep it clean.
