Re: Drycharger for K&N 3.7L?

cleaned/oiled my filter and put my drycharger on today. very simple to do, and i think it looks a little cleaner with the drycharger on. now i don't have to cringe when i go through a puddle.

Re: Drycharger for K&N 3.7L?

does the drycharger hinder airflow to the cone?

Re: Drycharger for K&N 3.7L?

i might a little bit but i don't think much, its mostly to keep the filter dry and cleaner. i got it for peace of mind driving in wet conditions.

I'm considering getting one as well. Let us know how it works out. Post some pics too if you can.

Re: Drycharger for K&N 3.7L?

ive had it on for a few days, i haven't noticed any difference (which is obviously good), looked at it earlier and it looks nice a clean still. ill try to get pics, not much to see, just a black cover over the red cone, lol. however i think it looks cleaner than just the cone, then again that could just be because my engine bay is filthy and that's the only clean part in it, haha.
