For about the same cost of a catback and the install, you can get 2 mods that will make your hemi run much better at all rpm's and are both easy to install; the MM CNC ported 85 mm TB and the Apexi super voltage grounding kit. The Hemi now runs circles around the mods I had before and ditched; i.e., the AFE II CAI, and Magnaflow catback.
I find it funny that you list the proper restriction point, which is the exhaust manifold, but then list ways to increase power by TB modifications, which are basically up by the intake manifold...
