I've got an '06 3.7. Have a few minor power mods that you might be interested in.

Skip the tb spacer, they don't do anything for our engine from what I've read/been told. They work for some engines but not ours for whatever reason.

Def get your tb ported and polished. I had mine done by Flyin'Ryan but Fastman has a great rep too so either way works.

I put in the Power Wire at the same time as I put in the new tb and my muffler so it's hard to tell what made what difference but overall it was def noticeable, especially on takeoff.

If you're cheap like me - I built a PVC cold air intake. Idk how much better the legit ones are but mine cost well under $100 for filter and all and made a decent difference in performance and even mileage. It's been under the hood for a long time now and many, many miles and still hisses just like day one. Here's a link if you're interested: http://jeepgarage.org/showthread.php?t=5945

I'm not that familiar with the effects an aftermarket muffler has on performance but I love my Thrush Welded muffler. Sounds great on the 3.7. Has some drone to it on the highway but I like it loud. Here's a vid (links to some of my others are on there somewhere):

Hope something here was helpful! - Nick

Re: fastman tb

You can wrap the PVC CAI and it would look legit.

I'm doing the K&N though.

Re: fastman tb

You guys think there would be any problems with just extending the air intake tube from the original box and deleting the box that say 4.7 liter?

Should work fine. That's called the resonator box, in that it only helps muffler the sound of the intake cause apparently people don't wanna hear it. That should help some and a cone filter at the end could make even more difference.

Thanks! I didn't know what the resonator box did. I would do a cone filter but I don't want to risk hydrolocking since I actually do off-road.
