This year is cold. Downright cold. And with "six shooter" stored at my parent's place in northern michigan. It got down to -18 a few days ago.

Well I have some more intake mods planned. Just not ready to reveal anything. Version 2 of my exhaust I put on hold as I realized I wouldn't be able to pack the parts in the back of the truck so it will be tax money next year lol.

Thanks for the info. Bwoody non SRT end links and fast man tb are going on as soon as the weather breaks. Then I'll start looking at the exhaust!

Re: Fastman TB for 09 4.7?

been running one for almost 3 years..

ran it with an AFE stage II intake for 6 months, this combo was nice but wasnt liking the intake at all. ive since ran the throttle body with a magnaflow exhaust and a superchips...

What didn't you like about the intake with the TB. I'm running K&N cai w/ Superchips and stock exhaust.

I felt like i lost some low end torque, plus even with the filter wrap i didnt like how exposed it was to possibly sucking in water. i dont wheel, but we had flood conditions around the time i had it on here in MD. so i liked the safety of the stock airbox so i threw that back on and then threw a nice panel filter in it and gained my low end torque back.

it could have been me, but i just felt like i lost low end with the intake. i like the trhottle body, love romping on it and it pulls nicely with the assistance of the tuner and sounds great with the exhaust.

OK thanks for the infor. When I put my K&N on I felt I didn't lose any low end torque. Superchips really helped and I think the TB will help as well. Thanks!
