So I got into a little race today on the way to class. Against a nice murdered out Raptor quad can 6.2L! It was dead even until around 4th gear I started to pull away just a wee bit. Won by just about a foot!!! He asked me "wtf you got in that thing?!?" to which I replied, "A finely tuned Hemi!!"

Re: Flyin Ryan's insanely awesome tune

Is there more information available? Pricing etc.?
I just bought a 2010 GC 5.7 and I'm not overly impressed with the performance.
My two previous vehicles were 2003 GC 4.7 and 1998 GC 5.9
The 1998 actually felt quicker than the 2010. The biggest compaint I have is the transmission or the programming of it. Shift from 1st to 2nd takes forever and makes the car feel sluggish.
Would Ryan's tune fix the transmission problem?
Any numbers to back up the hype ? 0-60, 1/4mi, dyno?

Thanks in advance.

Yes we can tune 2010s.
Pricing for a 2010 is 50.00/file for engine tuning, and 80.00 for a trans tune (w/one free revision )

The "numbers" depend on modifications and setup of course...i have a fairly extensive list of Hemis running our tunes that are at or near the top in terms of 1/4 mile times.

Re: Flyin Ryan's insanely awesome tune

I can tell you first hand that the trans tune is impressive. Made my jeep drive totally different. Much quicker shifts, down shifts seem instantaneous, and is a much more spirited drive overall.

I need this too; I really hate the way the 5 speed is so slow to react. What octane tune are you running and is there a mpg improvement ?

Re: Flyin Ryan's insanely awesome tune

We don't get 91 in the central US, just 87, 89 and 93. 93 is $4/gal in Chicago, too expensive to run with a 91 oct. tune on a DD, but the trans tune is something I really want. Wish there was an 89 tune.

Re: Flyin Ryan's insanely awesome tune

an 89 tune can be made by adjusting the time back on a 91 tune....not sure how much but it can be done

Greg is running a 91 tune. We can do whatever octane you want.

Mileage is a very subjective thing, your results may vary. I wouldn't expect a big gain or loss on TCM tuning alone.

Re: Flyin Ryan's insanely awesome tune

Sounds great Ryan; I will get back with you after I snag a DS; the hemi is recently tuned, with new plugs, sensors, egr, pcv, etc so running as good as ever, and will be ready !

(Sigh....) If I only I could be chimeing in on how awsome this tune is for the 4.7 Gen 2.....Some day I hope that the support becomes avaliable so that can happen. Glad to see you Hemi folks getting good results
