help

My mechanic told me that my 05 gc 5.7 hemi isn't getting enough fuel and air to run properly and I have a comp cam any advise on how to fix this problem its been in the shop a lot to fix the problem. He tried putting thicker oil lie 15w 30 and he test drove it again and it wasn't acting rite so he isn't trying different things and advise would help.

I figured cause he told me my jc is difficult but he mostly work on diesels he probably figure it out but a tuner near me is 2 hours away and don't want to take a chance with driving it and my mechanic hired a new guy and he did a good tune to it cause he has experience on hemi's but I think he has him doing other stuff so I'll give them another week and I'll make an appointment with a tuner

They put a new starter in it as well and a new tensioner and it broke when my car tried to start

Well so far they think they found the problem with the temperature sensor and he told me my throttle body is sticking I think that's wat he said so that's the next thing to replace later on

Putting any other weight/viscosity oil than the recommended 5W-20 in a 2005 HEMI w/ MDS probably isn't a good idea in the first place. +2 on you needing a new mechanic.

My jeep is finally fixed will be upgrading my throttle body and bigger injectors later on
