locking header bolts 3.7

Anyone use locking bolts when they put on the 3.7 jba headers? Did any of the old bolts break off when taking them out?

How do you get the driver side exhaust manifold out? I tried, but couldn't see how they would drop out where the starter is. I couldn't even see the bottom bolts or get to them.
