I wonder how hard installing this would be. I mean since you're not really taking it all apart, just removing 1 complete tranny and bolting up a new one. I'm fairly tech savy. I installed a supercharger on my CTS-V several times and installed one on a friends V as well. Replaced axles, installed shifters, nitrous, etc... I just dont know a lot about automatic tranny's. Would be kind of a fun project as long as it's all plug-n-play
I'd get a new Torque Converter also.

Just unplug all the electrical, remove the exhaust and the cats, center support mount, driveshafts, transfer case Intake manifold and dipstick. Unbolt that puppy and lower it out. Place new torque converter in new trans reverse steps. Bolt it in and make sure it's sealed and filled properly and your good to go!

SharaDon built my engine and will soon be building my trans and designing my new fuel system also. 20 psi's by summer oh yeah! Should be well into the 800WHP range.

BTW I'm James Storey

Re: My 6.4L 392 Hemi Stroker is ALIVE!!

They charged $495 to remove and diagnose. I went up today and looked at all the parts. Each car gets it own shopping cart for the parts lol. It was nice to see they actually took the thing apart. The $495 also includes re-installation if you choose not to do the work. I asked if they could just leave it out, but they said the policy requires them to put it back the way i brought it in. Sucks cuz i could have just towed it home and installed the Sharadon myself! Now im out $500 and basically get a diagnosis of "its broken". Supposedly the valve body failed and caused one of the clutch bands to fail. It only slipped for about 5-10 seconds before i pulled over, i wonder if i just replaced the valve body if that'd help?? At least long enough to save some cash?

I wonder how many Jeeps out there are running a Sharadon tranny, or even trucks for that matter. Awww a long night of web searching

There are alot of Dodge ram guys running there trannys, etc. They do great work and have excellent customer service. I've dealt with them a few times when I had my 04 Hemi Ram and was impressed!

Thanks guys! So i wonder, are all 545RFE's the same? Regardless of going into a RAM or a WK 2x4 or WK 4x4?

Definately go with Sharadon, they are the 545RFE kings. My Turbo Jeep is running the first prototype valve body for the Cherokee Hemi and it is great. I have worked with them on several projects and been out to see them several times, first rate operation.
