O2 and EGR, determine replacement?

Will an ODB2 monitoring gizmo tell you enough to know which of the sensors needs replacement? I've an 06 5.7 WK with 60k miles and it's probably time. It hasn't thrown any codes related to them. But before I shell out for all four O2 sensors I might as well know if they actually need it or not. I ordered a cheap ODB2-Bluetooth widget off ebay and figure I'll use a laptop, iDevice or Android to see what values are present. Assuming it'll let me, of course.
