Opinion On Intake

Which Intake Should I Get


K&N 77 Series

I went with the 57 series for that exact reason. The polished piping does look better but if you're not building a show truck,the 57 will have less heat soak and therefore should have better performance.

Doesn't matter. With your 5.7, you won't be able to notice any difference in performance. You'll only notice a difference in sound.

I asked a lot of performce parts manufacturing personal and they all said......it doesn't matter. Dan The Fastman was one amongst all the people I went to for info and he's been in the game longer than I've been alive.

Just buy what you want.

Well aside from the engine bay heating it up, since you live on PA heat really isn't a problem. I got the 57 because of Texas heat

Plastic will be better. You guys are right. It's just that the aluminum intake won't hurt anything.
