Powerwire for a 2010 GC with 3.7L?

I am looking to do a CAI, Exhaust and powerwire mod. I have not been able to locate an answer for a question about the powerwire mod.

Do I need a 12" or 24" length and will it work on a 2010?

Best thing to do is message member AIR_RAM and inquire with him. His website, http://www.airram.com/ also has information on the powerwire if you do not already know. Specifics should be directed at him, however.

Yes it will work with your application.... So far it works with the 1999-2011 3.7L 4.7L & 5.7L engines...

We also offer the Soonax transmission line pressure booster... it works on all the 545RFE transmissions. I run them on both our 2002 Ram and our 2011 JGC Laredo.

SPEED SAFE, AIR RAM

Re: Powerwire for a 2010 GC with 3.7L?

its a simple wire mod that airram sells that tricks the engine into thinking cooler air is coming into the intake

I got the 12" and it is all you need. Could even be shorter.

Re: Powerwire for a 2010 GC with 3.7L?

I did my intake at the same time so not sure how much impact was from power wire. You will only notice any difference in power at WOT. Have heard that it can have a slight increase in mpg for normal driving though.

Re: Powerwire for a 2010 GC with 3.7L?

But... By telling the comp its receiving cooler air (when it's not) would the engine run hotter? Its not accounting for the hotter air and cooling properly, right?
