Hmmm interesting, I dont want to be a debbie downer or negative nancy but I DOUBT there will any seriouse gains on any of these tunes without an intake and full exhaust to at least let it breath a little better. Wish they had some dyno #s on these, wonder if they ever will lol?

And the 3.7 is a pretty avg/low compression motor at 9:1 (if I'm not mistaken) so an 89/91/93 tune is only going to get you soo much pending he advanced the spark timing and increased injector pulsewidth significantly throughout the band. The higher octanes will be more resistant to detonation under higher compression/heat so for full burn the mixture will need to be ignited at a higher pressure in the compression stroke thusly giving you the extra kick in the pants. But again were probably talking about a few ft/lbs and horsepower at the crank nothing wild. Id say w/ intake/exhaust gains would tend to be exponential as the increased air flow will help the power jump much more than w/ stock everything.

As far as issues, as long as its a good tune and the maps are all correct for the motor (aka his R&D is on point lol) nothing to really worry about. Engine life, yeah sure it may bring you in for an engine overhaul at 150k instead of 170k??? LOL so nothing id worry about unless your 3.7 is on its way out at which point you have more to worry about then a tune.

Mileage will go down due to more fuel being dumped and also the tendency to drive it harder thanks to the tune

The real test will be for guys to record some times/#s without the tune and with it. That will show what kinda gains. That or have some stock guys race and then a stock vs. tune race and see. I dont expect anything astounding but may make the 3.7 a little more fun to drive haha.

Yeah just emailed me back saying that haha and with some nice info Looks like this tune is pretty legit guys. Just had to investigate because with things like the jetchip available and no real testing/proof in the pudding I wasnt even trying to have another one of those out there. People waste a lot of $ on stuff, why waste if on a "tune" that doesnt really "tune anything"

This SCT seems to be legit though if you want some gains. 14hp legitimately it looks like according to his graph

AH yeah baby. I love this tuner so far. shifts SO smoothly without any dead gears! And has the extra kick when I need to pass someone

Also can anyone post the pic o their pcm under the dash? I was under the column for a quick second and couldnt find it as

I have a TON of wires and stuff under there for my Viper so I was little lost. Which box is it and where is the p/n? Thanks!
