Re: Sluggish Between 35 and 40mph

Diablo's Intune, unlike the old Predator, has the trans adjust features, and the CMR trans tune is the schnitz. I run 87 tune with 87 fuel with ethanol (no choice here), MDS on, and cannot tell at all when it is on or off, as the throttle response is so good. With the stock 89 tune, you know when MDS is on, crappy throttle response and noisier too.

Re: Sluggish Between 35 and 40mph

Good to know about the new Intune. There is absolutely no change with the new EGR I put in yesterday. Oh well, based on my mileage it needed changing anyway. BTW, if any of you do change out the EGR do the little bit of grinding on the alternater (30 seconds) and the bolt slips right out so you can then reuse it. So much faster than cutting the bolt and/or removing the alternator.

Re: Sluggish Between 35 and 40mph

Ive noticed the same hesitation..plus can definitely hear the when the mds is active with my custom exhaust..when im on the throttle its smooth and power is constant however when cruising or in cruise control you can feel the slight hesitation/almost surging and when you accelerate it takes a gear change to wake it up aain it seems.
I and a few others have looked at the Diablo intune however apparently they don't cater to our export models over here in Australia! What can you guys suggest for our vehicles?
