He was referring to the Challenger IAT sensor, not the SRT8 tube. Or at least that's how I read it. If you can somehow find the tube itself for $20ish, especially new, BUY IT!

Yup your right they are around a $100 dollars brand new. Just looked it up, lol. The part number is 05037774AB. Sully if you check out the red site, there are a few people selling intake assemblies and you might be able to get someone to sell you just the tube.

2 more questions for anyone.

1) I shouldn't have to get the fasteners, I can just use the ones on there already right?

2) The SRT IAT sensor is not required from what ive gathered is that right?

1) I can't give you a certain answer on this, but it's likely that they're the same fasteners, or worst case you could MAKE them work.

2) The SRT IAT sensor isn't required, but I'd grab one of the Challenger IAT sensors while you're doing the mod and already paying shipping.

Re: Srt intake tube

Ended up going with the Airaid MIT. Amazon had it on sale with free shipping would of came out cheaper then the SRT tube. There was only 2 left in stock when I ordered it. There's still one left if anyone is interested. model number is Airaid 310-970 came to 135 and change with free shipping.

Dude that's wayyyy too much for just the tube. I got the whole SRT8 WK intake including the tube for just $50 shipped from the "Red Site". Members on that other forum are always selling they're stock intakes.
