So I could, lets say back off torque management with this tool? I may see one in my future...

I live in Louisiana. Northwest Louisiana. Finding someone who will bend the rules for a buck is like finding a fat kid who will accept a cup-cake from a stranger. Just smile and it's a done deal.

My town runs on bribes and corruption. I used to live with the DA's stepson when I went to college. His goal? "I want to be a laywer, if I can't make it, my daddy can get me a job in law enforcement and I'll just be a crooked cop." During his stay as my roommate, he did tons of drugs (most "soft"), committed grand theft auto, and likely other things he was smart enough NOT to tell us about, lol. Never had a problem. A few people talked to a few people and a few backs were patted and maybe heads thumped, and things smoothed out...that's how Louisiana works.

*He's not the DA anymore. After a failed bid for congress, he reverted back to his private law practice. Rich beyond measure, why not?

Well, there are occasions which warrant more.
