Actually weird kinda. Installed perfect fit and whatnot but then started and it was idling weird like jumping from 500-1000 and then felt a little gutless. Drove for maybe 10miles to gas station and turned jeep on off and seems to be running better now but still feels off.. Is that just the comp relearning tb?

Yes, the comp is learning, but when it does, it should be better then stock with the throttle response and your mid to top end power will improve

yup, Fuel here is super cheap, but rent isn't, its like renting downtown TO or NY!

I never bothered changing the TB. but so far have been very impressed with SC tune, need to play more around with it when I get some downtime from work..
Dubai is an amazing place. I never saw such beautiful architecture. ..the hotels are beyond description and the people are nice....but oh the heat!!! Those 120 degree days cant help performance. Do you do anything special to keep running cool?

Hey there, sorry this seemed to have missed my attention in the subscribed list

Yea even after ten years of living here I still get amazed!

You tend to get used to the heat after a while, I didn't get used to the cold in Canada when it was -36 in Toronto!

As for performance, you notice a slight difference in performance between the hotter summer months and the winter, but its not considerable. The vehicles here come as GCC (Gulf Countries) Spec, I believe we have slightly bigger radiators and slightly different seals/rubber rated for a higher temp, stronger A/C compressors/evaporators and cooling fans that stay on longer after the engine is switched off (certain models).

That is why US imported cars are soled cheaper here in the UAE, not a good idea if you leave it parked outside in the desert heat for too long
