Which part(s) to change when engine shakes at startup?

Hey,

So I've been getting few required maintenance repairs done on my 2006 WK Jeep and I've noticed when I turn the key at startup, it does not feel as smooth as It used to, kind of like a bad crank, as if the engine shakes a bit...

What would you check/change if this happened to you?

In the last 2 months, I've replaced the PVC, cleaned the throttle body and IAC valve, flushed/replaced the engine coolant, changed the transfer case fluids, changed the differential fluids, at 125k miles, what would you attacke next?

I'm looking to change the serpentine belt and tensioner, brake fluid and power steering fluid next as well...

I see you have a 4.7 they are know to have carbon problems. Run a can of seafoam through it, it has helped me twice
