Hello, I am new member of Jeep Garage forum.
I have Grand Cherokee Laredo 3.0L CRD.
But recently my car broken, not start.
When I went to service they said ECU is broken. Then I order ECU from Sweden. But that ECU still not working. Please help me. Is there have any idea about repair ECU?
I got the manual to download and unzip (on a Mac, using a utility called Unarchive). Unfortunately that section of the manual does not cover the fuel filer and associated fuel lines. It makes a reference to section 14. Anybody have that section for download?
What I need to know is, can replace the fuel line between the filter and the high pressure fuel pump, and that the usual air bleeding procedure (using the bleed valve in the water sensor at the top center of the filter) is sufficient? I just wonder about what happens if air is introduced to the high pressure pump.
There's a group on facebook called "Global Jeep WK/WK2 & XK Playground" they have all manuals (Owner's, Parts, and Service) for WK and XK (at the files section). They also have a 3.0 Diesel service manual.
