Peachy just peachy...... NOT
Finally off to get my commander from the dealers 3 weeks after having it dropped of for a bit of cosmetics and check codes. Literally 2 corners away from the dealer, it wouldn't rev so I pulled over just as it stalled. It would start and idle ok, but any throttle seemed to strangle the car to a stall. Jogged back to the dealer and a tech brought his diag machine and plugged it it. The EGR was at 5%. With continual revving it would get to 95%, and then drop back to 5%. I retrieved the courtesy car keys and left. Bit miffed at EGR problems @ 40k miles.
They also got codes for the glow plug module and inoperative panel dimmer. They were a bit confused on the EGR as they've not had a car that won't run, they expected it go into limp home mode.
Not really happy at all. The garage i got to car from will also whinge like a bar steward as they've already dropped hundreds into it.
