Tranny Fluid

Hey guys,

I'm wondering if someone could tell me where the tranny dipstick might be? I have looked all over and no luck in finding it. Thanks of you guys can help!

I dont have a diesel, but I know some gas Wk's dont come with a dipstick (really dumb, I know) So there is no way to check unless u go to the dealer or buy one

Your going to have the NAG1 behind that 3.0 which other than a couple early ones, none of them have dipsticks... trans level checking requires accurate trans temp and the miller special tool to deturmine.

does not have one, I just did a 4x4 service at the dealer about 2 months ago. i believe you might be able to make one if you search some threads.
The computer will alarm a code if tranny fluid low.

Hi there is no factory dipstick on 3.0 CRD you need to use special one Miller Tool 9336-A if i'm right

regarding tranny fluid it depends on maintenace Schedule
