2" lift and 265's without spacers?

hey guys, it's been a while since I've posted in the WK section but I'm hopefully going to be getting a 2008 Overland very soon

anyway, I know I want to lift it right away. I will probably start out with a Rough Country 2" suspension lift. with this lift and 265/70R17 BFG All-Terrain T/A KO's, is there any way I can get away without using any wheel spacer? I plan on using a 17" Rubicon wheel, though 17x9 Mickey Thompson Classic II's had crossed my mind as well.

thanks in advance

Re: 2" lift and 265's without spacers?

I believe the Rubicon Wheel requires at least a 1/4" spacer to the clear the WK brake calipers. If you run that tire on factory wheels and do not want spacers, then "the bolt" will have be trimmed up pretty good, as well as doing the pinch weld mod. You may also have to trim some of the inner splash shields also if you want no rubbing at full lock and/or full compression.
