Re: best shock/strut to go with?

I have seen two different bilsteins, the standard and hd. I put the hd's on all four corners last month. I like the way they ride on factory springs. There is a lot less float and wobble, and just a bit more vibration transmitted to the interior on rough surfaces. Cornering is improved as body lean is much less than before. You also get a little free lift, most noticeably it evened up the front of mine so it doesn't look so raked forward. For ~$300 and probably never having to replace them again, i'm happy.

Re: best shock/strut to go with?

Best upgrade for the $ for the WK, should have come from the factory like this. Just get them, dont even need to consider it, get the HD's and call it a day.

Re: best shock/strut to go with?

Are these the part numbers 24-186797 are for the front and 24-186803 for the back. Is this correct? Also where to buy them from?

Is there alot more cabin noise than stock? I have a few rattles and noises that piss me off, sounds like an damn orchestra haha. Especially living in the city with potholes and a ton of uneven surfaces.
