front 8240-1264 $ 168 each
back 8240-1265 $ 168 each

here is the product flyer; much smoother ride, and better handling and steering than new OEM's. http://www.koni.com/fileadmin/user_u..._2100-4108.pdf
any updates on these? Have you installed them? if so, plz post some feedback

Bilsteins stiffen up the ride so bumps will be felt more than stock. They have good damping but being high pressure gas, exhibit poor rebound control, whereas the Koni FSD automatically adjusts both compression and rebound to the road and driving conditions. Expect to pay about $ 800 out the door with the FSD's, but you will get what you pay for, a far smoother ride.
I have a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 3.7L w/TPMS, and have not been able to find the Koni FSD Struts or Shocks anywhere, including TireRack. Does anyone know where, or if, they're available? Thanx.

Re: Best Shocks and Struts

I bought mine last year and ordered them directly from Koni US, using the part numbers I listed earlier in this thread, which need to ship from the factory in the Netherlands. These are worlds better perfomance shocks than WK Bilstiens, which I swapped out after one year and were disappointing, ie., very rough riding, bouncy and had poor handling. Koni's are a firm ride, but great handling while being much smoother over bumps and without bouncing around and head toss you get with WK Bilstiens. I had to deflate tires to 29 psi with Bilsteins since impacts were so harsh which are now smoother running 34 psi with Koni's.
