Bilsteins 5100 Ride Height With Rustys 2" Springs

Has Anyone Ever Done A Lift For The WK With The Bilstein 5100 Ride Height And The Rustys 2" Coil ? If So, How Is The Mod Worked Out For You And Any Tips Or Help Full Ideas For This. I'm Mostly Off Roading My WK. Thanks Guys.
